1 General Information and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, software, games, bonuses, and other content on the 7up7 platform (https://7up7.cam). The key terms used below are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — The 7up7 website, mobile interface, and related services.
• "User" / "Member" / "You" — Any person who has registered on the platform or is using the service.

• "Account" — A personal user account registered on the platform.
• "Balance" — The total funds held in a user's account.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register with 7up7 and use the service, all of the following eligibility criteria must be met:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You must provide genuine and accurate personal information.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• You must not be resident in any area where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• The email address and password provided at registration must be kept strictly confidential.
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

If any information provided at registration is found to be false or misleading, 7up7 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit any deposited funds.

3 Account Management

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their account. The following guidelines must be followed:

• Never share your login password with anyone else.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify support immediately.
• It is advisable to change your password regularly and use a strong password.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a public device.
• Notify our support team immediately of any changes to your personal information (name, address, contact details).

If required, 7up7 may request a copy of your national identity card or passport and proof of address for identity verification (KYC) purposes. If verification documents are not provided within the specified time, withdrawals will be placed on hold.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals on the 7up7 platform:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal Time: Processing is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Accepted Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• The source of deposit and the withdrawal method must be the same — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• If an active bonus is in place, withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirement is met.
• In the case of unusually large deposits or withdrawals, 7up7 may carry out additional verification.

7up7 does not charge any deposit fees. However, the payment provider's own fees may apply, which are entirely the responsibility of the relevant service provider.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

7up7 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are subject to specific terms:

• Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (the total of deposit plus bonus must be wagered 25 times).
• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period, maximum bet limit, and list of eligible games.
• A bonus may be restricted to a specific game or game category — please see the relevant offer details.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts from the same person or the same device is strictly prohibited.
• 7up7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Members at the Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers under the VIP program receive weekly cashback benefits.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be strictly observed while playing games on the 7up7 platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) — fairness is guaranteed.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If an abnormal result occurs in a game due to a technical error, that round will be considered void.
• 7up7 is not liable for disconnection during live games; however, session data is retained in the system.
• The game provider's own terms and conditions will also apply.
• If a dispute arises regarding any game, 7up7's system logs will be considered the final evidence.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will be treated as punishable offences:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Playing using bots, scripts, or automation software.
• Claiming bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's information or account.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through any fraudulent method.
• Verifying an account using a false identity or documents.
• Operating an account for the benefit of any third party.
• Attempting to breach the platform's systems or security infrastructure.

If any of the above violations are proven, the account will be immediately closed, all deposited and won funds may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken where applicable.

8 Limitation of Liability

7up7 is not liable for the following:

• Games being interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Losses caused by the user's device, software, or environmental issues.
• Delays or technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Service disruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government orders).
• Losses arising from the user sharing account information with a third party.

If any abnormal amount of credit is added to an account due to a technical error, 7up7 reserves the right to correct it and the related benefit will be considered invalid.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

7up7 is fully committed to protecting the privacy of users' personal information. The core principles of data protection are:

• All data is kept secure using SSL encryption technology.
• Personal information is never sold to third parties.
• User information is not shared with anyone except as required by legal obligation or authority directive.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

7up7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of multiple accounts being operated by the same individual.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time. All valid withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed, unless they are cancelled due to a breach of the terms and conditions.

11 Responsible Gaming
